1- Rates

 

80 euros by day

or

320 euros for one week.

 

Rates include :

  • ALL TAXES.
  • AMENITIES AND SERVICES described as "included" in the AMENITIES page.
  • Electricity and water for the time of the rental.
  • Basic apartment insurance except for guest luggage and valuables and occupant personal liability insurance.

Rates does not include :

  • Maid service after departure (The client is supposed to leave the apartment as he/she found it at check in. If the studio needs a cleaning at check out, this service will be charged as necessary on the basis of 25 Euros inc. tax ).
  • Services on request such as extra housekeeping, laundry.
  • Insurance for guests' luggage, cash or valuables. Please contact your insurance agent before traveling.

 

 

2- General booking conditions

  1. An apartment is considered booked ONLY after receiving your confirmation by email and after receiving a deposit for the booking.
  2. We ask you for a deposit of 50% of the total rental price for the booking. This deposit consists of a money transfer using Paypal services. You don't need to have a Paypal account to use it.
  3. The remaining amount for the booking will be ask at your arrival. We accept payments by Paypal, checks from French banks and cash.
  4. When a client books a property he/she implicitly accepts our Cancellation Policy and states that he/she read and understood the description of these conditions.
  5. If you want to extend your stay, and if the apartment is available, the rates of one day or one week will apply.

 

Standard booking procedure:

  1. Verify the availability by simply sending us an e-mail. 
  2. Following a client’s request, we will send a booking form including a payment request by Paypal. This payment corresponds to the deposit. The amount of the deposit is fixed to 50 % of the total rate.
  3. The client must accept the payment, made in euros, by clicking on the form.
  4. The apartment is considered booked only once the Paypal money transfer will be accepted.
  5. All the informations needed to go to the apartment will be given to the client. We will give you a cellular phone number to call in case of a problem.


 

3 - Check-in/check-out times

  • You are free to choose your date of arrival and you can arrive any day of the week.  
  • On arrival day we will be waiting for the client directly inside the apartment so we need to know the flight details or the expected arrival time at the apartment at least 3 days in advance.
  • If we know the client’s travel details (flight details, arrival time at the train station, etc.) we will have the chance to arrange the appointment for the check in at an exact time. 
  • Unless otherwise stated, the check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and the check-out must be done not later than 11:30 a.m.
  • However, if possible, upon request, the client may check-in and check-out at the most convenient time for him/her.
  • Check in time and check out time outside business hours 9.30 a.m. - 8.00 p.m. are possible.
  • Check in time after midnight are possible with a fee of €50 payment.
  • We kindly ask the guests to inform us about any eventual delay on arrival time.


 

4 - Cancellation policy

  • If the client cancels with at least 15 days notice before the first day of the reservation the deposit will be fully returned, except 50 euros that will be forfeit to cover the reservation fees.
  • In case of cancellation with less than 15 days notice before the arrival the client will have to pay the full amount of the booked stay.
  • Shortening the planned dates of stay shall not entitle the tenant to a refund.
  • If you shorten your stay, regardless of the reason or date of the cancellation, there is no refund of the rent paid. Please note that the rental rate has been calculated according the length of your stay.
  • If you ask for a change of your dates of reservations, everything possible will be done to find new avalaible dates. No extra fee will be charged.

 

5 - Security deposit

  • A security deposit against damages is required. The amount of this deposit is € 100.
  • If at the check out time everything in the apartment is in order, the total amount of the security deposit will be fully refunded. Generally the security deposit has to be paid on your arrival in cash (in Euro).


 

6 - Apartment conditions

  • Upon the client’s arrival the apartment will be cleaned and prepared for the number of guests indicated on the booking form. The client is responsible for any damage procured to the furniture or any other object during the stay inside the apartment.
  • If during check in time the client finds something broken or not working properly in the apartment, he/she must immediately give us notice about the problem.
  • The group leader, whose name appears in the booking confirmation, is the person responsible in case of any damage.
  • One key will be collected by the client inside the apartment during check-in and must be returned to the owner or one of his/her representatives during check out.


 

7 – Apartment’s description

  • The descriptions of the apartments have been made faithfully and correspond to truth.


 

8 - Pets

  •  pets of any kind and size are accepted only upon request.


 

9 - Number of people

  • The number of the people indicated during the reservation procedure cannot be changed during the period of stay. Eventual extra guests – if not communicated in advance- will cause the booking cancellation.

 

10 - Thefts/damages

  • We are not responsible for any theft or personal injuries against the guests inside our apartments. For this reason we strongly suggest underwriting a travel insurance.


 

11 - Privacy

  • All the customer’s information is strictly private . None of the personal data provided such as address, phone number, etc will be granted to outsiders, and all the personal data will be secretly treated to ensure customer’s privacy.

 

12 - Applicable Law

  • These booking conditions are subject to the French Law. In case of any dispute the Court of Paris will be the only competent body.
