The one room apartment is on the level ground, giving way to a 18th century building courtyard. The neighbouhood is very quiet. It looks like an old country building. The "cour" is covered by cobblestones and many flowers decorate the walls. 

The surface is 12 sq meters (130 sq. feet). Enough for a couple visiting Paris.

The main room has a small kitchen with all you need to cook. There is a sink, a double hotplate, a fridge and a microwave oven. The knives, forks, spoons, glasses, plates, jars, dishes and mugs are provided.

The sofa can be converted to a double bed. The size of the bed deployed is 140 x 190 cm (55' x 75') We furnish clean linens and towels for each person. If you stay more than one week, we provide an other clean set of linens.  

It has a separate bathroom with a tub, a shower and a toilet. Hot water is provided by a large electric heater.

The towels are provided for a week.

During the sumer, you can bring out the chairs and the table in the private courtyard, sipping a nice glass of french wine.
